Helpfulness of staff inconsistent. Stayed 6 nights and due to Ash Cloud had to stay extra 2 nights and they made it very difficult. Only continued to stay there purely due to location. No piano player in the Piano Bar. Was advised they didnt have a player anymore. They should fix this as it is advertised as a Piano Bar.

Pretty disappointing. At the time of check in we were told that they had not been informed that the reservation was for a couple with two children, so the accommodation consisted of a room with two and a half beds. We had in our possession the confirmation of the reservation in which everything was clearly informed in detail. Of course, from the first day the amenities were for two people, never for four until we requested them. After the first night, we mentioned to them that one of the mattresses was completely expired on the left side.
